These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to services provided by LED Express Audiovisual Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or booking our services, you agree to these terms. Equipment hire is also governed by our Rental, Cancellation & Damage Policy.

1. Quotes and bookings

• Quotes are based on the information you provide (date, venue, duration, equipment and services) and are valid for the period stated on the quote.
• A booking is confirmed only when we receive the required deposit and confirm in writing (including by email or WhatsApp).
• Changes to the date, venue, timing or equipment may change the price and are subject to availability.

2. Payment

Payment terms, including the deposit and when the balance is due, are stated on your quote or invoice. We may decline to deliver or set up equipment if payment has not been made as agreed.

3. Venue access and responsibilities

• You are responsible for arranging venue permission and access for our crew and vehicles at the agreed setup and dismantle times.
• You must tell us in advance about any venue restrictions, such as load-in times, noise limits, rigging rules or parking.
• Unless agreed in writing, you are responsible for providing a suitable and stable power supply.
• Delays caused by late venue access may lead to overtime charges.

4. Safety

Our crew may refuse to install or operate equipment where conditions are unsafe — for example severe weather, unstable ground or unsafe power. Only our crew may move, adjust or operate our equipment unless we agree otherwise.

5. Liability

We take care to provide reliable equipment and professional service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including power failures at the venue, extreme weather, civil disturbance or government restrictions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.

6. Photos and videos

We may photograph or film our setups at your event for our portfolio and social media, without identifying your guests. Let us know in writing if you prefer we do not.

7. Website use

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and videos, belongs to LED Express Audiovisual Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. We aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is always complete or current.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if unresolved, it will be handled by the courts of Lagos State.
