How do I book LED Express AV for my event?

Call or WhatsApp us, or fill the quote form with your date, venue, guest count and the services you need. We confirm availability, recommend the right setup and send a quote.

How much does LED screen rental cost in Lagos?

Pricing depends on the screen size, indoor or outdoor use, the number of event days, your venue location and extras like live camera feeds. Send your event details for a clear quote.

Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes. A deposit secures your date and equipment, and the balance is due as stated on your quote. See our Rental Policy for full details.

Do you deliver, set up and operate the equipment?

Yes. Our crew delivers, installs, tests and operates the equipment during your event, then dismantles it afterwards.

Can I rent LED screens, sound, lighting and stage together?

Yes. Many clients book a complete package so one team handles all the technical parts of the event.

Do you work outside Lagos?

Yes. We are based in Ikeja, Lagos and operate nationwide — including Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Benin City, Enugu and more.

Are you really open 24 hours?

Yes. You can reach us at any time, and our crew handles day or night setups, early load-ins and late finishes.

What happens if it rains at an outdoor event?

We plan weather protection with you — stage roofing, covers for equipment and safe cable routing. In severe weather, safety comes first and we agree the best option together.

What power do you need at the venue?

Our equipment needs a stable power supply. Tell us about the venue’s power arrangement when booking and we will advise on the power requirement for your setup.

How early should I book?

As early as possible, especially for weekends and the festive season (November to December) when demand in Lagos is high.

Do you offer livestreaming?

Yes. We provide livestreaming and broadcast solutions, including cameras and video production.

Who will be on site during my event?

Our technicians and engineers stay on site to operate the equipment and handle any changes during the program.
